The accommodation is set on two levels and offers Nine bedrooms and a large impressive games room. Outside: BBQ, comfortable garden furniture, TWO private hot tubs. 3 well behaved dogs are allowed, additional dogs may be allowed at the owners discretion and for an additional fee.
For weekend stays you have private access to our heated pool on the Friday evening between 20:00-22:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 10:00.
For a 7 night stay Friday 20:00-22:00 then 09:00 and 10:00 each day.
Warren House is a stunning estate located in a secluded woodland area.

About Aylsham
Aylsham is a traditional unspoilt market town, situated beside the River Bure, and is home to Norfolk’s slow food movement, perfect for shopping for local produce. It’s historical buildings, traditional market square with regular markets and Jacobean hall, makes an interesting visit.
Aylsham’s market place is surrounded by 18th century houses.
Today, the picturesque market place holds markets on Mondays and Fridays and there are plenty of shops, pubs and tea-rooms.
Nearby National Trust’s Blickling Hall is a magnificent Jacobean house, with stunning gardens, home to the Boleyn family from 1499 – 1505. It is believed that Anne Boleyn’s ghost still roams the hall! The landscape, with its hedges and narrow tree-lined lanes, has changed little over the centuries and is quintessentially Norfolk. In the grounds, stands the beautiful 14th century church of St. Michael and All Angels.
Aylsham is the northern terminus of the Bure Valley Railway, a narrow-gauge steam railway which takes you through the countryside to Wroxham. The station also marks the start of the Bure Valley Walk, a walking and cycling route set alongside the railway line. Over the August bank holiday, there is the annual Aylsham Country Show, which has run for over seventy years. At the heart of Norfolk’s agricultural and social calendar, the show attracts animal exhibitors and competitions, classic cars and displays. A great day out in the country.
The space
Warren House comprises 9 bedrooms, 2 of which are in a self enclosed annex.
A large entrance hall greets our guests at Warren House, a comfortable sofa is located in the hallway along with a cloakroom area.
In front of you is a comfortable lounge containing leather sofas, a TV with freesat and a blu-ray DVD player. A coffee table sits in the centre of the room perfect to play games with your party.
Work your way around to the impressive kitchen, this will be the centre point of your stay, a huge island with seating awaits. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and gadgets.
There is an aga, electric range cooker, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge freezers and a filter coffee maker.
Also, a separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer for your use.
The separate dining room has a large wooden 16 seat pre-set table for when you arrive, there are doors leading to the back garden which can be thrown open in the spring/summer.

The master bedroom is a large luxurious room with an ensuite shower, the bedroom holds a comfortable super king sized bed with crisp clean white linen. There is a stunning view of the surrounding trees from the shutter windows.

The games room is very impressive, huge corner sofas to lay back on and watch the 75 inch wall mounted TV, a pool table, football table, and air hockey table are provided for your enjoyment along with numerous board games and books.
There is also a separate sofa bed. This area, also accessed by back stairs is hugely popular
